Woohoo I have a website! I mean, it’s a little empty for now but I’ll get there!

I figured I’ start all of this off with the first two drawings I did when i started drawing again in 2021. I had had a decade long struggle with not being able to finish any drawings or art. I was too insecure and afraid that my work would not turn out the way I wanted it to. So I would get close to done, freeze completely and make up some kind of excuse for not seeing it through.

So when I started drawing again, I promissed myself that I would never give up another piece. That I would see every drawing through to the end. These were the first two drawings I did. One in August I think, the other in September.

These two pieces were the morale boost. The ones that made me go “see, I can do it!” Not very big drawings, I started small, around a6 size I think. The size made it easier to stick to the plan, and I loved being able to draw again!

After these drawings, I decided to use some money gifted from my dad to buy myself everything I needed for a graphite artist set. And here I am, today, still finishing pieces and determined to do more!
